In November of 2013, I was asked to attend the CITIG conference. I was to represent the northeast corridor of the US for inter-operability. This was a big deal. I took on the challenge but must admit I did feel out of my element. There were a lot of engineers at this 3-day conference, beyond my experience. But, none the less it was a great experience, and was honored that my boss felt I was up to the challenge. It was a great group of people, doing great things, for great reasons, public safety.
