Meals Beef Burgandy

2 lbs beef chunks cubed (stew meat).
2 tsp garlic buds.
1/2 cup burgundy wine (found in the grocery store by salad dressings)
2 cans of onion soup.
Salt and pepper
Mushrooms

Put stew meat in a bag with flour and mix, then empty in the pot to brown in a small amount of oil.

Add remaining ingredient and bake covered tightly at 350 degrees for 3 hours (Check after 2 hours) to make sure liquid isn't gone.

Serve over rice or noodles.
